The rooms were beautiful, incredibly comfortable, came with an extra Table, a comfy Sofa, a balcony. Everything here was excellent. Location: the hotel was next to the Deigo Reviera museum and the centre of town as well as central Guanajuato. Tried some nice meals at El Claustro, located short walk from the venue.

We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the receptionist at this hotel. When our transportation to the airport fell through, they graciously took care of our luggage until it was time to leave. The staff even returned my forgotten sunglasses. The rooms were average, but the staff made the stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
